Balochistan: Pakistani forces abducted five people including a lawyer
QUETTA: In past two days the Pakistani security forces have abducted at least five Baloch including a lawyer and a teenage student from Balochistan.
On March 13, 2018, Tuesday morning Pakistan FC and intelligence agencies have raided the house of Rahim Yousaf Baloch in Tump area of Turbat in district Kech Balochistan.
Sources reported that Pakistani forces harassed women and children and looted valuables of the inhabitants during the raid.
Two people namely Moljan son of Yousaf resident of Balicha and Mohim son of Bahadur resident of Kohat were abducted and transported to a nearby military camp.
In another incident, the paramilitary FC has abducted a man from Rodbun area of Tump and shifted him to the military camp.
The victim has been named as Khalid Shahbaz son of Jalal Khan.
Earlier on March 12, the military and FC raided the house of exile Baloch leader Haji Mohammad Anwar Baloch in Panjgur Balochistan and abducted his nephew.
According to details, the FC and personnel of intelligence agencies abducted the Baloch lawyer advocate Mujahid son of Munawar Baloch from his house in Panjgur.
The lawyer is the nephew of Haji Mohammad Anwar Baloch who lives in exile in Switzerland and he also served as the Vice President of pro-freedom Baloch political party the Baloch Republican Party.
Separately, on Monday 12th of March, 2018, Pakistani forces abducted a teenage Baloch student named Abid Ali son of Mohammad Ali resident of Wahbood area of Punjgur Balochistan.
According to family sources, Abid Ali is a student of 9th Class at Government High School Washood Panjgur.
His family also clarified that he has no affiliation with any political parties and appealed for his immediate release.
