Balochistan: Pakistani forces abduct two Baloch youth on their return from abroad
QUETTA: On Wednesday, 17, June 2020, two Baloch youths, Ahmed son of Abdul Karim and Shayhaq son Ghani, have been abducted by Pakistani forces from Gomazi area in Tump, district Kech Balochistan.
According to local sources, both men are residents Gomazi area in Tump region of district Kech Balochistan. The due had recently returned from abroad to visit their families.
Ahmad son of Abdul Karim was also abducted two years ago but after eight months of ordeal, he was released.
He has now been re-abducted on 17 June once again.
Meanwhile, families of another two previously abducted men have appeal for their immediate and safe release.
The family of a Balochi language poet, Murad Jan, said he was forcibly abducted six years ago by the Pakistani forces from the city of Turbat, Balochistan.
Baloch son Zulfiqar Ali, who was abducted by the occupying forces three years ago, should be rescued, his family said.
Another Baloch Zulfiqar Ali Buzdar son of Sona Khan Buzdar was abducted on December 16, 2017, from Dera Ghazi Khan. His whereabouts remained unknown from the past three years.
The family members appealed for the release of Zulfiqar Ali on humanitarian grounds.
Balochistan plagued by enforced disappearance remains under heavy military control and despite the pandemic coronavirus Pakistani forces intensified human rights violations in Balochistan.
